As you drive into this site you will find landscaped areas both sides of the driveway with native plantings, same mature and others newly established.

As you proceed up the driveway, you swing right into the prepared house site, which is large with an elevation of 220 meters above sea level (approx). It has a back drop of a beautiful rock wall over 85 meters long. It has plantings above and in amongst the wall, and the site is overlooked by a band of established Totara trees.

The 180+ degree ocean and coastal views are extensive and take in the beach, the Limericks, Poor Knights, and the smaller coastal islands. When you look south you will see the Tutukaka coastline, Breamhead and closer in, you get all the coastal rural views including the Whananaki Estuary and the Whananaki South Village
